Service Description

Consult with a board certified physician to receive your medical marijuana recommendation. You will be required to come to our Edmond location to have your picture taken and your paperwork processed to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority ALL PATIENTS MUST HAVE ON OKLAHOMA ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE. Either one of these will qualify as your proof of residency and your proof of identity. However, if you are unable to obtain one of these, OMMA will accept an Oklahoma Tribal ID or a US Passport. With these, you must provide proof of residency such as a utility bill from the month prior, or a current lease agreement.
